Default implementation of a clock that delegates its calls to the system clock. The microsecond-precision time is simulated by (millis * 1000), therefore the isMicrosAccurate() is false.

This method can only be used to measure elapsed time and is not related to any other notion of system or wall-clock time.

true if the time returned by Clock.currentTimeMicros() is accurate enough to calculate span duration as (end-start). If this method returns false, the Tracer will use Clock.currentNanoTicks() for calculating duration instead.
