You can sign up as a new user wither with a self-issued information card or with user
name password based account.
From the home page click on the "Sign-up" under the menu "Identity"
You can login WSO2 Identity Server with a registered self-issued information card or with
user name password based account.
From the home page click on the "InfoCard/OpenID Sign-in" under the menu "Identity"

Enter your external OpenID there.
Once you return back from your OpenID Provider to the Identity Server, you can either create a new account with it or associate that OpenID with an existing user account
Once you logged in to the Identity Server, you can download a managed information card against your profile.

Once you logged in to the Identity Server, you can upload the public certificates of the trusted relying parties.

Once you logged in to the Identity Server, you can configure to enable XMPP based authentication for OpenIDs.
Click on the "Multifactor Authentication" under the menu "My Identity"
