         void startSaveCredentials(FirebaseUser firebaseUser, IdpResponse response, @Nullable() String password)

        Starts the CredentialManager save flow.

        Instead of building a SmartLock com.google.android.gms.auth.api.credentials.Credential,we now extract the user's email (or phone number as a fallback) and pass it along with thepassword and response.

        Parameters:
        firebaseUser - the currently signed-in user.
        response - the IdP response.
        password - the password used during sign-in (may be {@code null}).
