Method	Description
io.dropwizard.core.server.AbstractServerFactory.addRequestLog(Server, Handler, String)	Jetty 12 removes the RequestLogHandler. Therefore, the signature of this method will be changed to void addRequestLog(Server server, String name, MutableServletContextHandler servletContextHandler).
io.dropwizard.core.server.AbstractServerFactory.addStatsHandler(Handler)	Graceful shutdown isn't performed with the StatisticsHandler in Jetty 12 anymore and metrics are collected with InstrumentedHandlers. Will be replaced by a method with signature Handler addGracefulHandler(Handler handler)
