Constructs an ImportChangeData object that describes an ImportChange based on the OWLImportsDeclaration specified by the declaration parameter.

Parameters:

declaration - The OWLImportsDeclaration that is the focus of some change. Not null.

Throws:

NullPointerException - if declaration is null.
