The event-delivery substrate in com.intempt.core.queue is adapted from the
Mixpanel Android SDK. The following files are derivative works:

  EventDbAdapter.java from mpmetrics/MPDbAdapter.java
  DeliveryMessages.java from mpmetrics/AnalyticsMessages.java
  HttpService.java from util/HttpService.java
  RemoteService.java from util/RemoteService.java
  SynchronizedReference.java from mpmetrics/SynchronizedReference.java
  NetworkErrorListener.java from util/MixpanelNetworkErrorListener.java
  OfflineMode.java from util/OfflineMode.java
  ProxyServerInteractor.java from util/ProxyServerInteractor.java

Each of those files carries a header recording its specific modifications, as
required by section 4(b) of the License. In summary:

  - package and class names changed to com.intempt.core.queue
  - the four-table schema (events, people, groups, anonymous_people) reduced to
    a single events table
  - the multi-token column and the static multi-instance registry removed;
Intempt runs one SDK instance per application
  - people, group, anonymous-profile and first-launch message types removed
  - Mixpanel's default event properties and the session-replay event bridge
    removed
  - form-urlencoded transport encoding replaced with Intempt's JSON contract
  - HTTP error taxonomy changed so that unrecoverable 4xx responses are dropped
    rather than retried indefinitely

The following behaviour is inherited unchanged, and deliberately so: the
exponential backoff schedule and its ten-minute ceiling, delete-only-after-
confirmed-delivery, the flush-suppression guard while a retry is pending, the
disk-space backpressure calculation, the per-row malformed-record skip, the
batch size limit, SQLite corruption recovery on writes and its deliberate
absence on reads, the created_at index, the data-expiration sweep, the
single-writer worker thread, and the connectivity gate before posting.
