thingName

The name of the IoT thing to which you want to connect.

Returns:

The name of the IoT thing to which you want to connect.

hasServices

public final boolean hasServices()

Returns true if the Services property was specified by the sender (it may be empty), or false if the sender did not specify the value (it will be empty). For responses returned by the SDK, the sender is the AWS service.

services

public final List<String> services()

A list of service names that identity the target application. The AWS IoT client running on the destination device reads this value and uses it to look up a port or an IP address and a port. The AWS IoT client instantiates the local proxy which uses this information to connect to the destination application.

Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.

You can use hasServices() to see if a value was sent in this field.
