Represents a RPR_I03 message structure (see chapter ?). This structure contains the following elements:

• 1: MSH (Message header segment)
• 2: MSA (Message acknowledgement segment)
• 3: RPR_I03_PROVIDER (a Group object) repeating
• 4: PID (Patient Identification) optional repeating
• 5: NTE (Notes and comments segment) optional repeating
