Represents a PPV_PCA_PRBNTEVARROLVAROBXNTE group structure (a Group object). A Group is an ordered collection of message segments that can repeat together or be optionally in/excluded together. This Group contains the following elements:

• 1: PRB (Problem Detail)
• 2: NTE (NTE - notes and comments segment) optional repeating
• 3: VAR (Variance) optional repeating
• 4: PPV_PCA_ROLVAR (a Group object) optional repeating
