Represents a ADT_A48 message structure (see chapter ?). This structure contains the following elements:

• 1: MSH (MSH - message header segment)
• 2: EVN (EVN - event type segment)
• 3: PID (PID - patient identification segment)
• 4: PD1 (PD1 - patient additional demographic segment) optional
• 5: MRG (MRG - merge patient information segment-)
