Represents a ORU_R03_PATIENT_RESULT group structure (a Group object). A Group is an ordered collection of message segments that can repeat together or be optionally in/excluded together. This Group contains the following elements:

• 1: ORU_R03_PATIENT (a Group object) optional
• 2: ORU_R03_ORDER_OBSERVATION (a Group object) repeating
