Represents a ORU_R01_ORCOBRNTEOBXNTECTI group structure (a Group object). A Group is an ordered collection of message segments that can repeat together or be optionally in/excluded together. This Group contains the following elements:

• 1: ORC (ORC - common order segment) optional
• 2: OBR (OBR - observation request segment)
• 3: NTE (NTE - notes and comments segment) optional repeating
• 4: ORU_R01_OBXNTE (a Group object) repeating
• 5: CTI (CTI - clinical trial identification segment) optional repeating
