public class InstanceFactory
extends Object

This Factory has the ability to create an instance of any PojoClass. This Factory can create a Pojo using exact argument list, or to randomly create an instance using ANY available constructor.

getInstance

public static Object getInstance(PojoClass pojoClass)

This method returns a new instance created using default constructor. It is identical to calling getInstance(PojoClass, null).

Parameters:

pojoClass - The PojoClass to instantiate.

Returns:

a newly created instance of the class represented in the pojoClass.

getInstance

public static Object getInstance(PojoClass pojoClass,
                                 Object... parameters)

This method returns a new instance created using the parameters given. If parameters array is null or not null but is of length zero, then the getInstance will call the no arg constructor. If you want to pass null to a single/multiple parameter constructor, then create an array of the correct size matching the parameters.

Parameters:

pojoClass - The pojoClass to instantiate.

parameters - The parameters to pass to the constructor.

Returns:

a newly created instance of the class represented in the pojoClass.

getMostCompleteInstance

public static Object getMostCompleteInstance(PojoClass pojoClass)

This method returns a new instance using the constructor with the most parameters. The values for the constructor will come from RandomFactory.

Parameters:

pojoClass - The pojoClass to instantiate.

Returns:

a newly created instance of the class represented in the pojoClass.

This method returns a new instance using the constructor with the least parameters. The values for the constructor will come from RandomFactory.
