Creates a Binding system to send a ExceptionInterface on JSON stream.

Exceptions may contain StackTraces, this means that the system should also be able to send a StackTraceInterface on the JSON stream.

stackTraceInterfaceBinding - InterfaceBinding allowing to send a StackTraceInterface on the JSON stream.
