Creates a crosstab bucketing engine.

Parameters:

serviceContext -

rowBuckets - the row bucket definitions

columnBuckets - the column bucket definitions

measures - the measure definitions

sorted - whether the data is presorted

retrieveTotal - totals to retrieve along with the cell values
