Returns a new ArrayBuffer whose contents are a copy of this ArrayBuffer's bytes from begin, inclusive, up to end, exclusive.

Parameters:
begin - byte index to start slicing
end - (optional) byte index to end slicing
Returns:
the newly created ArrayBuffer
