Subclasses can optionally override the reply code and/or text for the reply by calling AbstractStaticReplyCommandHandler.setReplyCode(int), AbstractStaticReplyCommandHandler.setReplyMessageKey(String) and AbstractStaticReplyCommandHandler.setReplyText(String).
