hasNotificationsWithSubscribers

Returns true if the NotificationsWithSubscribers property was specified by the sender (it may be empty), or false if the sender did not specify the value (it will be empty). For responses returned by the SDK, the sender is the AWS service.

notificationsWithSubscribers

public final List<NotificationWithSubscribers> notificationsWithSubscribers()

A notification that you want to associate with a budget. A budget can have up to five notifications, and each notification can have one SNS subscriber and up to 10 email subscribers. If you include notifications and subscribers in your CreateBudget call, AWS creates the notifications and subscribers for you.

Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.

You can use hasNotificationsWithSubscribers() to see if a value was sent in this field.
