Represents a MFN_M08_MF_TEST_NUMERIC group structure (a Group object). A Group is an ordered collection of message segments that can repeat together or be optionally in/excluded together. This Group contains the following elements:

• 1: MFE (Master File Entry)
• 2: OM1 (General Segment)
• 3: OM2 (Numeric Observation) optional
• 4: OM3 (Categorical Service/Test/Observation) optional
• 5: OM4 (Observations that Require Specimens) optional
