extends AbstractMessage

Represents a RPI_I04 message structure (see chapter 11). This structure contains the following elements:

• 1: MSH (Message Header)
• 2: MSA (Message Acknowledgment)
• 3: RPI_I04_PROVIDER (a Group object) repeating
• 4: PID (Patient identification)
• 5: NK1 (Next of kin / associated parties) optional repeating
• 6: RPI_I04_GUARANTOR_INSURANCE (a Group object) optional
• 7: NTE (Notes and Comments) optional repeating
