extends AbstractMessage

Represents a RPR_I03 message structure (see chapter 11). This structure contains the following elements:

• 1: MSH (Message Header)
• 2: MSA (Message Acknowledgment)
• 3: RPR_I03_PROVIDER (a Group object) repeating
• 4: PID (Patient identification) optional repeating
• 5: NTE (Notes and Comments) optional repeating
