Creates a new connection to the server.

Parameters:

hostname - The host name.

port - The port.

username - The user name for authentication.

password - The user's password.

workingDirectory - The directory to use.

fileSystemOptions - The FileSystemOptions.

Returns:

The FTPSClient.

Throws:

FileSystemException - if an error occurs.
